A: FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions."
A: We do offer remote online assistance for times when you just need help remotely. Remote assistance is at a reduced rate since we do not have to drive to your location.
A: We do manage servers (2003 and 2008) as well as all workstation support.
A: We currently only provide network services but can provide hardware partners for requirements.
A: We do provide services on a time and material basis as well as service contracts.
A: We cover the Denver metro area (Loveland to South Denver and Brighton to Golden) as an on site service area and nationwide as a remote support service. *Remote service can also be used in our normal service area.
A: We offer on site support after 5:00 PM on Weekdays from 6:00 AM to 10:00PM on Weekends. We do this so we are not working on the network when you are trying to conduct business.
